Also I don't know which shit mushrooms you're cooking but red wine shouldn't change the appearance of the mushrooms besides making them darker, and the flavour compliments the beef better, and in my opinion just taste better in general cooked in red instead of white. You can even add cream and black pepper once the red wine has reduced to make a delicious sauce for the steak and mushrooms
Usually chanterelle, Maitake or shiitake. Personally I think white wine complements the flavor of the mushrooms without bullying them too much like reds do and like I said don’t like how they look.. if I’m making something like stroganoff I’ll use red wine after cooking the mushrooms down. If you’re going to douse it in cream or whatever it doesn’t really matter

What that means is that your average doctor or medical student knows approximately frickall about health and how to manage it in healthy individuals. I've had fellow students tell me creatine will cause kidney damage, and tell me that I should cycle it. I've had fellow students tell me that by eating in a caloric deficit I will enter starvation mode and gain weight.
I would trust a doctor to manage an illness or injury. I wouldn't bother going to them for general health advice - it is outside of their scope and most of them are truthfully disinterested people who don't take any interest in health (and instead chase the career for clout and money) and therefore they do not learn it of their own volition.
