Tuna's cool sometimes and great for sandwiches/quick cheap stuff but if you eat too much you might start getting mercury exposure. Its in trace amounts from the ocean

      Anonymous

You need to eat a moronic amount for that too happen. I used to eat tuna kimbab daily for years and nothing ever happened

You need to eat 3 cans a day for 6 months for it to maybe start being a problem.

    >The United States Food and Drug Administration recommends keeping the consumption of albacore (white) tuna to under 4 ounces per week and skipjack (light) tuna to under 12 ounces per week. These amounts should be lower for children and women who are or may become pregnant.

Yes anon, da joos are totally trying to gaslight you in to thinking tuna is dangerous. You should eat at least 12 ounces per DAY. Mercury decalcifies your pineal gland.

Not OP but I always ate salmon growing up until I discovered tuna, meanwhile my poor black friend always ate tuna.

Sounds pretty good but I got one better.

Use to make a ghetto ceviche by adding lime juice, red onions, and diced tomatoes to tinned tuna. Chill it and enjoy on hot days.

You can also use chili paste and mayo and make spicy tuna, like the sushi. Crumple some nori on top, serve on some greens instead of rice.

Unfortunately I just can't stand the taste of canned tuna. Something deep within me reviles the taste, even though I can eat other types of fish just fine.
Guess I'm stuck with chicken breasts.

That's the same recipe I use for burger sauce minus the tuna. Add some relish if you want a sour crunch

Way better than just shoving mayo in. You can mix it in with parts, or have it in a sandwich (nice of you lightly toast the bread too)

Op, add red onion and celery diced up really fine to this.
    >Celery makes your cum thicker
    >The fibre will help you not have protein-shits from this bad boy
    >Improves texture and mouth feel, nice crunch
Also add a little bit of Worcestershire sauce, paprika and vinegar.

You'd be surprised how normal this is. What will set OP apart is whether he learns.
When I finished university I could cook for myself but it was all basic shit like rice, pasta, steak, and ground beef mixed in plus whatever frozen veggies- and it all sort of sucked but I didn't complain because... I made it.
My then girlfriend now wife who I won by being empathetic, having a big dick and a lot of endurance was sort of appalled by my kitchen skills. But whenever she cooked, I paid attention, eventually tried my hand at it, got feedback, read online how to do X, Y or Z better, and now I'm almost as good of a cook as she is. Well I still frick up things here or there but usually im serving up bangers.
OP is probably young and had more important shit to do until now.
