My heroin habit is starting to kill my gains but I won’t quit because I just love it way too much. Is there a way to consume 2500 calories in a 100 grams or less? I can’t eat more than that because I’ll throw up but i think I can handle OMAD as long as the meal is really really small. Please I need help, I don’t want to become a skeleton and fall apart, I just need to find the most efficient and cheapest way to fuel my body.

no. olive oil is 880 calories per 100 gram. doesn't get more calorie rich than straight oil/fat.

and you should probably stop heroin. it's not good for you. do kratom, suboxone, methadone or something instead

Yeah that’s what I thought. Right now I only drink a bottle of Ensure a day because my stomach wont tolerate anything else, I’m in my late 20s so my body is not what it used to be anymore and this mistake I made years ago is finally catching up with me.

Thanks anon. I tried to quit many times but I can’t function without it. I wish I could forget what opioids feel like.

My friend used to tell me all the time how the only thing he wishes for is that someone invents a way to remove memories so that he could forget how opoids feel like.

He died last year from an OD.

Many people have quit and lived to tell the tale, you can too, anon

prison is not a good time

for some criminals, it is worse than dying

withdrawing in jail is bad enough as it is

Just stop doing heroin the withdrawals can’t even kill you. You’re just a pussy who can’t face life or regulate their emotions and wants to be a burden on society. You’re basically a woman. Get clean.

I understand that you are looking for a way to maintain your calorie intake while struggling with a heroin addiction. It's important to note that heroin is a highly addictive and dangerous drug that can have serious negative effects on your health, both physically and mentally. I would strongly urge you to seek professional help to address your addiction as soon as possible.

Regarding your question, it is possible to consume a high number of calories in a small amount of food, but it's not recommended to limit your daily calorie intake to 2500 calories or less, as this is not enough to meet your body's daily energy requirements. Even if you are able to maintain muscle mass, you will likely experience other negative health effects, such as fatigue, weakness, and decreased immunity.

Additionally, consuming a high-calorie diet in such a small amount of food is not a sustainable or healthy way to maintain your body's nutrient needs. Eating a variety of nutrient-dense foods, such as lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates, is important for maintaining your overall health.

I strongly encourage you to seek help for your addiction and to speak with a medical professional or a dietitian about a healthy eating plan that can provide your body with the necessary nutrients it needs. Addiction treatment centers and support groups can provide you with the help and guidance you need to overcome your addiction, and regain control of your health and your life.
