Keep going, if you do mostly strength rep range that's normal you will gain more strength than muscle, if you do mostly hypertrophy rep range that's normal too, it takes a long time to see the meat growing
When i was starting out i couldn't even lower myself from the top position of the pushup to the bottom position without falling. Then i started lifting, and although im still at the very beginning, i tried doing pushups again and got like 30. Been lifting for 2 months.
for me it's the opposite. I'm putting on about equal muscle and fat for months now, yet I'm not stronger at all. I keep improving my (initially very bad) form on exercises and doing a set more per week every now and then.

I do 6-12 so hypertrophy
Just keep going and come back in one year or two.
Also don't neglect 10-20, for isolation for example
>still believes hypertrophy vs strength training is a real thing
Of course it is, you're not going to get as big as you could as fast as you could doing 3 reps
eat more
stop doing a strength routine
By how much did they increase?

30? You're probably doing them wrong
What about your barbell lifts?
Calisthenics are great won't make you big. You gotta stick to weights only. And you won't see actual results for several months.
your muscles don't know if they're doing "calisthenics" or "barbell lifting" or "wii fit". if you push your muscles to failure they grow.
Lower the weight, increase the reps
You are probably fat. Lose some fat.
you reached your genetic limit
I have the exact opposite. What to do ?
bro, it took me from September till two weeks ago to see actual good shifts in appearance. Did you think this was gonna happen overnight?
