my meat for 4-5 days

im using this meat to make like 8-10 chicken burritos, with vegetables and beans. thats what ive been eating for 6 weeks now. amazing isnt it.
im also eating chocolate and drinking soda...and im losing fat, gaining muscle.
even my grandma said ive lost weight.

the CICO gays are wrong...im literally chugging chocolate and losing fat...all because i quit all bread except for tortillas.

            Dunno man, I often make some shitty tomato salad with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and spinach leaves in a bowl but after 3 days it gets all slimy and shit. Of course the ingredients themselves last me a week but once I cut them I feel like they go bad faster.
            Also what hot sauce do you use, homemade or bought? And are the tortillas gluten free or just normal ones?

              normal tortillas from lidl but ive been itching to try making lentil tortillas or something else, low carb.
              i tried whole grain tortillas but they were breaking up to shit.

              i think you have nothing on the bottom to collect the juices so your salad gets soggy and starts to spoil.
              i have my meat on the bottom, plus i dont put any oil or liquid on them.
              maybe you put too much salad in one big bowl so it spoils.

              i just use some cheap bulgarian brand chili sauce nothing special.
              i mean...you can use whatever the frick you want.
              the main thing about what i do is i avoid $oy lecithin, palm oil, and HFCS,and bread. and i started making these burritos because they are just too easy and fast to make. 8 cups, 4 days of food.

              you put the meat on the panini press with some seaoning (this time i brined them) and then you cut the hsit in cups, voala.
              i even made refried beans from a can, in my disgusting dirty pan.

            There is literally no way to know your TDEE without trial and error. You’re TDEE is obviously well over 1500. You may be inactive but you are also likely a lardass which skyrockets your TDEE

      Probably bait, but bored at work, so I will bite.
      I am Orthodox, so I’ve been fasting for lent. My regular diet consists of yogurt, kefir, steaks, some fruit, rice and sweet potatoes, eggs and some vegetables. Avoid bread as much as possible, but I eat it almost weekly. Usually whole grain and never more than a couple of slices a day.
      I usually hover around 80kg, about 14% body fat (visible abs, shoulder straitions, etc, but far from shredded).
      Because of the great lent, I had to eat a vegan diet: lots of oats, lots of bread, fruit and legumes such as lentils, beans, l etc.

      According to your moronic theory, I should’ve gained fat and lost muscle. But I didn’t. If anything, I look more cut now than before and I am roughly the same weight. And I have been eating like this for the better part of month.
