        how are you cooking them? Are you using some kind of curved lens? Is that actually a giant's bowl, and a fake hand that your real hand is wearing like a clown glove?
        because I just made a three-egg omelette with just cinnamon and salt, and it looks like it has half the mass of your ten eggs

          First I add a bit of butter and smash it around whole pan. Then I just add all the eggs. And I mix them and salt them. I don't let them get really cooked, so I want to have a lot of sloppy stuff, that is almost like water consistency. I think it's healthier and has more protein that way. So yes, it might look smaller than 10 eggs, because it has a lot of liquid.

    Protien shake,, 8oz of salmon, and 200g of rice.
    Dinner will be 6oz of salmon and some broccoli.
    On a pretty severe cut so I cant go over 2000 calories.

    Eggs are great, but I get sick of them.
    Salmon has been my recent protien choice. I usually switch it up when I get bored, but Salmon is consistently great. Over 10g of protien per 100 calories, omega 3 fats, tons of ways to prepare. Smoked is great. Raw is great. Baked is great.

    The dog farts are rough, but I dont have a gf so idc.

      also I try to eat as much callories as I can, and almost never reach 2000 (I have no money on food)
      I have superfast metabolism, so I am very skinny guy. Putting weight is a huge deal for me.

        Salmon isn't that expensive tbh. I also fish and catch my own. Not just salmon, fish in general is a great protien source.

        I got 7 fillets, 6oz (cooked) each average, for $35. Thats enough for a week if you have 1 filled per meal. 6oz of salmon is like 350 calories and 38g protien.
        $5/day is what most people spend on coffee or goyslop or drinks. It's super doable.
        If you pick up fishing as a hobby, you get free protien and an enjoyable thing to do.
        I also raise chickens and slaughter them for free chicken protien.
        Tons of ways to get meat without breaking the bank.

        And yeah, everyone is different. I am 6'1", so eating 2000 calories is easy. Always been battling my inner fatty, I gain and drop weight super easy and I could easily eat 4000 calories a day if I wasn't mindful about not being a slop pig.

          I too am fishpilled. I just happen to have $35 being my weekly wage as of now.
          I buy fish too, it's tasty and healthy and has protein. But as for money question, the chicken fillet is cheaper, because usually 300g of fish has 200g of water in it or something.
