    Saw a thread on this last night, and am going to try next time I goto the store.

    Was surprised by the macros.

    >84 cal, 2.3g fat, 11g protein, 4.3g carb

    Seems really good. will have to look up recipes.

      I just do salt pepper and lots of lemon pepper. Saltines are super low cal if you want to eat those with it as well. Great for electrolytes and hits the stomach easy

    I prefer crème fraîche. I make my own with kefir grains. It's incredibly tasty, and mostly fat.

    Thanks anon, and anon from last night if it was another one.

    I mixed in a banana, some oats, and some almonds. It's ok. seems pretty filling.

    Just back from a nice workout. Went hard yesterday and was kinda sore... did dips, and did some ab work.

    These gym thots posted up really close to me and blocked the dip bar.

    Did some seated curls w slight incline. saw an athlean x video where he was saying it was good for activation, long head something or other.

    arms were lookin sick. Am getting a horizontal vein in my left bicep. im curlin... they mirin

    hoping this cottage cheese gives me some gains.

    Quark and cottage cheese. Simple as.

    I've also discovered high protein fromage frais too. Not as much protein but less thick than quark.

    My cottage cheese bros, you need to find and try large curd cottage cheese, tastes way better than small curd. Can be tough though. Most of the big brands, including daisy, are all small curd.
