    Hypogonadism hop on tongkat ali. If you're eating 1lb protein per 1lb body weight, sleeping 6-8 hours a night, and lifting heavy 3 times a week you should be making gains.     Taking a look at my gym app, I've done roughly 80 sets per month on biceps the past 3 months. Bicep vein is getting bigger each day.

    I'm not following any program, I'm just doing what my body feels comfortable doing.

    Squats and Deadlifts helped grow my biceps. I didn't do a single bicep curl to get them big but I did chin ups.

    Lift heavy as frick and put priority on arms. Don't start your workout with a compound, start it with curls. Unironically. Yes your compound will suffer but you will get bigger arms. You cant maximize every single statistic at once at the gym. Sometimes you have to choose.

    And yeah train them like compounds. Lift fricking heavy. And up the volume and frequency. Who do you think will have bigger arms, a guy who can barbell curl 20kg or a guy that can barbell curl 60kg? We are obviously assuming same ROM, same quality, same bw etc. But the other guy is just able to lift 3x more.

    Lift fricking heavy and put them as your priority. It's more important for you to do your curls than your deadlift. That should be the mindset if you want to grow them with intent.
