I'm a man but I lost over 60kg eating 1250kcal a day. Just make sure that the meals you eat are actually nutritional. 1000kcal worth of donuts for example is easy to eat in one sitting but will still leave you feeling hungry, where as 3x meals of plain cooked meat and veggies will fill you up and leave you satiated at least until the next meal. One 200g chicken breast and some broccoli won't be any more than 350kcal.

Seems like decent progress to me. If you want faster weight loss you either need to eat less or do more cardio. If you're losing less than you feel you should you're either not counting right or calculating you're tdee wrong

My question isn’t about the weight I lost… it’s about how to fix my TDEE being low for someone with my stats… it should be higher but probably adapted to my low cal diet

and your TDEE is 1500 kcals.
Post height weight and goal weight. If you want to eat more, go to gym and start resistance training and eat in slight caloric surplus like 250-500 cals then after 3-4 months do a cut, you will be able to eat more as long as you train regularly.
Focus on ultra low calorie, high nutrition food to keep you filled up but under TDEE.
Dice a whole cucumber, celery and black beans for a salad so big you probably can't finish it and it'll still be under 300kcal.
I give this example not from a taste perspective but merely to show that mealplanning effectively can allow you to have it both ways.
Fruit/Veg are where you should be looking, then just adding a chicken breast for protons.
