My wrists hurt when I do push-ups

How can I solve that?

    Check overall form, plenty of good vids on garden gnometube
    It's either hand rotation or positioning
    Alternatively do them on your fists/handles

    Rotate your wrists a little so your thumbs are facing upwards or put a small wedge under your hands to raise your wrists up (similar to putting your heel on a plate when squatting). You can also use parallettes or you can do them on your knuckles (doesn't work for everyone)

    You made need hexagon dumbbells or one of those perfect pushup things, just something to keep your fists in line if you can’t do them close fist on the ground.

    Regular push-ups are shit and just hurt. Knuckle push-ups are painless, fuck anyone who says it's the pussy version. If you push through the pain of regular your hands will go numb.

    You might be too heavy. I had to do them on my knuckles when I was ~40lbs heavier.

    Do it in your fists, thats what helped me, after a while you'll be able to do them normally again
