      This is pretty much my go-to. I add some raw, unfiltered, local honey for flavor and other nutritional gains. Just remember for anyone else that wants to try, not too much honey, it's still sugar!

    I can't bring myself to eat eggs or meat for breakfast, because for my whole life I've only ever eaten cereal or toast.
    What are some good high-protein cereals? I have some relatives in South Africa who eat a lot of this stuff, and it seems pretty decent with a 730kJ serving having 9.7g of protein plus any extra from the milk.

    Is this stuff any good? What are some other high protein cereals?

    That's pretty good but you want to cook your eggs a bit less
    The more solid eggs are, the less nutrients are present. You're still getting your protein, but you're not getting all of the other essential vitamins and such from the eggs
    Also I can tell from the color that those eggs are non-organic, you aren't doing yourself any favors eating non-organic eggs with the amount of shit they put in the chickens
    This is coming from a guy that eats poorly, but the information I'm giving isn't any less valid
