      It's good? I see it's 120 kcal per slice which is a bit higher than I'd like. I usually have a couple of multi grain Wasa bread crackers with hummus spread on them with my breakfast. Those are just 35 kcal each and quite substantial.

          You are right that whole grains are trash. White bread/sugar is good for you, though. Your body needs simple carbs. Also, organic crops legally cannot use glyphosate. However, that shit is in everything because it drifts from other fields, ends up in cow shit from cows that were fed glyphosate crops and can be used as organic fertilizer, and is in water supplies that could be used for irrigation. However, it’s unlikely that they are directly spraying it on organic crops

    Supposedly every single bread that isn't the 21 whole grains and seeds (the green one) has canola oil. I just make my own bread at home. I think daves killer bread used to taste better years ago. It was more earthy and sweet and seedy and dark colored, now it just seems lighter and less flavorful. I don't know if that's just my imagination. I always loved them but I just make my own at home.
