      use a ghr and focus on abs its easy to not use the hip flexors. I've found it way easier to isolate abs than hanging leg raises.

        most people put all their weight on the sled. you're supposed to put your weight on the arm things like a leg lift and pull the sled up
        i personally love it

    I do these weighted sometimes but more because I hate them and they make me want to die. I think regular old crunches and Russian twists are a lot better for training core. I do dragon flags sometimes, too

    weighted planks, heavy good mornings/ deadlifts. Doing crunches doesn't actually translate to any lift and just introduces more spinal stress.
