No it doesn't. I take 1 week breaks every month and I can still progress on pull ups.
Now muscle ups on the other hand, you need to do it all the time if you want to keep being able to do it.
this only happens if youre a fat frick
I sometimes don't pull up for months and I can still do weighted pull ups with 75 pounds (after gaining weight too)
endurance gains come quickly and go quickly
do weighted chins for heavy sets of 5 and you won't lose the gains quickly

Bench press. I take a fricking week off during holidays, and it all goes to shit, I need at least 2 full workout sessions complete with recovery days to get back to where I was. That's at the very least 1 full week. So if I take a bit of a break from bench pressing now, I will always need AT THE VERY LEAST 1 extra week before I'm back where I was, not even talking about improving the lift.
That's why before I ever take a break, I always make sure to bench press in the last day before the break. It's the 1 lift that's always the most affected.
Endurance masturbation.
That's because you should focus on HIIT masturbation. Rookie mistake, been there myself.
Front squats
>Front squats
False. I did front squats for the first time in 6 months and I barely lost any strength. I can still rep 225 lbs
running
>I lost ALL OF MY GAINS
eating.
If you stop eating or training you will lose your gains
So what you're saying is I need to dirty bulk and train once per week and I can keep all my pullup gains forever
yes that's exactly what he's saying
frick moderation we're freaks baby
if you are going to take a black or white approach you have to dirty bulk AND train pull-ups every day without getting injured.
pendlay rows
why does that happen
>do almost 15 pull ups in a row
>dont train pullups for a week
>can barely do 5
endurance gains come quickly and go quickly
do weighted chins for heavy sets of 5 and you won't lose the gains quickly

Boxing bag work
Everything. I stop for 1-2 weeks and I'm weak. My mate doesn't lift for half a year to a year and comes back with 80-90% strength.

For me, it's bench press
