      fresh sardines way better if you can find them, retardedly cheap, easy to prepare and VERY nutritious.
      only downside is you have to spend like 10 mins cleaning them.

        There's no way to make liver palatable. You either like the taste or you want to vomit as soon as it touches your tongue. No amount of clever cooking can change that.

        Eat lamb liver, same micros with a very mild taste
        In my experience it's also cheaper here (Australia)

      This. 4 raw eggs, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp ACV & 1 cup of chilled bone broth. Vinegar cuts the eggy taste. Prep is fast with easy clean-up. Maybe eat the shells somehow if the eggs are pastured.
