Not OP but I would say just about the only thing better than bone-in deenz is raw egg yolk.

pretty much, they're tasty. I like to squirt a bit of lime on them too. Helps cut back on the fishy flavor.
fresh sardines way better if you can find them, moronicly cheap, easy to prepare and VERY nutritious.

There's no way to make liver palatable. You either like the taste or you want to vomit as soon as it touches your tongue. No amount of clever cooking can change that.

Eat lamb liver, same micros with a very mild taste

This. 4 raw eggs, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp ACV & 1 cup of chilled bone broth. Vinegar cuts the eggy taste. Prep is fast with easy clean-up. Maybe eat the shells somehow if the eggs are pastured.

Yes. The ones in tomato or hot sauce are the best for that.

This guy gets it, beef/calf liver is absolutely god tier for not only the protein but the micronutrients it provides for you as well.

eat it raw. im serious, it doesnt taste like shit raw. i cant eat it cooked but raw is fine to me.
