Friendly reminder that Mr. Beast and other youtube/twitch streamers all work for the same "talent agency".
That's why all their videos go viral. That's why they have so much online popularity. It's all fake bullshit.
Most e-celebs are all grifting piece of shit trust fund kids with 0 real-world skills.

Do you know whether xQc my juicer also work for that agency or not?

but I just looked up and they all work with night media.
Literally being told by an ex-NFL agent working with YouTubers.

I know that organic growth at the start is practically dead on Youtube,
those who grow big start by riding a wave may it be a recent topic or a bigger Youtuber.

It wouldn't surprise me if an agency would exploit this phenomenon by helping smaller Content creators by using another Youtuber as a proxy to make them grow.

            Anonymous

You don't even need a proxy.
You can just manipulate the algorythm, or buy fake bots like Hasanabi, Amouranth, AdmiralBahroo, Aiden Ross or Sodapoppin, or Lyrik, or OhnePixel, TimTheTatMan.
The list goes on. Everyone that was at the "Creator Clash" is probably involved.

Then you have extremely rare streamers that actually got lucky. But the chances are so small it's not worth it.

              Anonymous

Rapid growth seems to be the only real tactic at the beginning,
everyone talks about making high-quality content,
but how will one make quality content without a budget,
kinda sucks that you need to ride a wave at the start...

                Anonymous

                >making high quality content
There are people out there that actually make great content. That's organic.
Most e-celebs literally just steal content from other people and use it.
Remember when the twitch salaries got leaked and the numbers didn't match up?
Remember when Hasanabi was watching ironchef?
Remember when the entire "react" meta became a thing?
You ever notice how Amouranth and Bella Delphine got insanely popular for no reason?
You ever notice how Hasanabi, XQC, TrainWreks are always making content together?
You ever notice how Hasanabi and Destiny regularly have "debates"?
You ever notice how Ostonox started working for Hasanabi right after he bought that mansion in L.A.?
                Kind of odd.

what do you think can some random nobody do to grow?
Are your only options to somehow get liked by the people running their shit or is their hope for organic growth.

                >what do you think can some random nobody do to grow?
Become a sellout. It's that easy. Morally you will struggle with it.
                >Are your only options to somehow get liked by the people running their shit
                This is the fastest way.
                >organic growth
You can go that way after you "blow up".

                >frick everyone,
                >they want slop that is of low quality so I will serve them it,
Yeah. I know it's hard. I struggled with it for years. Protip: Most of these streamers are all friends, or all know each other from the past.
                You can do the same.
Oh and since race is a huge factor (notice twitch doing the black month support, women month support, etc) if you have a black friend, that makes things much, much easier. It also allows you to get away with much, much more things.
                >the masses chose goyslop
Kind of. If you are good at writing or video editing, or what not, you can be subtle about things.

Look at what Nick Fuentes and Steven Crowder do.
Look at how Hasanabi mentions he immigrated here.
Look at how Esfand and Idubbz bring up their past.
Look at how Destiny is weirdly open about being sexually abused as a kid.
Look at how xqc & sodapoppin talks about their life and addiction.
It doesn't even have to be real. You can just make something up like how Amouranth recently fabricated that drama about her boyfriend beating her up and threatening to kill her :^)
For anyone else that's reading this:
I think I figured out who leaked the twitch streamer salaries.

Talent management isn't new anon, do you live under a rock? These guys aren't plants even, top tier agencies can milk millions from one piece of talent and have those creators share clout organically to raise another creator inspired by that one talent, such is how the YouTube/Twitch era disseminates information so quickly.

They didn't get cut because of the leaks they got cut because twitch loses hundreds of millions per year due to mismanagement
Ultimately the leaks are extremely inconsequential aside from a few slack keys. they make most of their money from as revenue please ground yourself in reality
