you've got to get a shower puff and scrub it really good daily.
It could take months to fully go away so keep at it, and change out the puff weekly

      >Why am i getting breakouts on my chest and arms as a natty?
      Because you're a fake natty.

      >how do i get rid off it
Go to a doctor and find out what is causing it.

      >le shower and change your pillow case meme
Black person, this shit comes from inside of your body, not from outside.

    >stop eating sneed oils
    >avoid high PUFA foods (nuts, sneed oil once again, salmon)
    >cut out plant food with antinutrients
    >skin and boil the frick out of your potatoes
    >avoid nightshades, leafy greens and brassica family of vegetables and grains other than rice
    >eat more red meat
    >opt for fruit or honey for carb source
    >don't eat dairy unless it is unpasteurized
    >try cutting out dairy entirely if needed

Maybe you can try zinc and cut off whatever sugar you getting from to the lowest you can for at least 3 days. Change your bedsheet more often, once weekly at minimum. Air out your room, change clothes more often, especially the one you going to sleep with.

Try an elimination diet, try eating like a 1800s Chinaman first since it's easy to just eat rice you can leave the dog out until after you see that the rice is fine

IST never dissapoints with the schizo answers and oblivious baiting by people who have nothing better do in their lives. Its hormonal OP, the only thing you can do that isn't accutane is benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid but those never worked for me and I figure its the same for you. If it really is bothering you that much visit a dermatogolist who will most likely give you an accutane perscription if you already tried the other crap. dont expect to get any actual useful information from this board its a fricking cesspit

figured this to be the case. I already shower often and went extra this time just to see some results. Never really had problem with it until i started lifting few years ago. Would tanning help me hide it?

you would rather go to a tanning salon and risk skin cancer than just going to a dermatologist to get a perscription for accutane... yeah go ahead buddy sure, just make sure your bloodline ends with you for the sake of humanity

I mean, accutane is pretty violent too as far as skin medications go. It's been decades and I still have fond memories of my lips drying and peeling constantly.
But yeah, it works. Just be sure to check your liver function before during and after.

I'm wondering if milder, gentler stuff like applying topic retinol or hyaluronic acid creams might be useful for him here. I don't have first hand experience with that stuff tho.

did you consult a dermatologist to get that opinion? Oh you didnt? thats crazy

all i got were the dry pealing lips for the time i was on it but it meant i literally never had to suffer from acne all over my head ever again for the rest of my life so it was fricking worth it. it also came with a monthly bloodcheck that i had to do so the derma could see if everything was fine and it was

I guess you're angrily agreeing with me? Cool.

    Could be bacterial folliculitis
Go see a derma, I had the same thing on my chest, back, and shoulders. Needed antimicrobial soap and a round of antibiotics to get rid of it. Good luck

Remove carbs from your diet, go low carb for 2 months, this is how I fixed my acne. Perfect skin now.

Do note that even 1 teaspoon of sugar will re-trigger them, white sugar is worst. Fruits also trigger them for me.

Ignore morons who say "it's hormonal, there is nothing you can do". Also ignore idiots who say "wash your bedsheet more often" lol.

It's the diet. It's always the diet.

I had roid tier acne despite being natty. The cure is to take vitamin A 100,000 IU daily and eat a pound of liver daily until your kidney's hurt, then take a break for a few months. Repeat until gone. Use tretinoin on your skin after washing (water only) and drying, and a derma roller for any scarring.

Eat only dairy (inb4 lactose intolerant gays blame it for acne), meat (ideally raw, and get high quality liver), and some fruit.

This is what I did and it worked.

    pic unrelated.

Are you moronic? Accutane is derived from vitamin A, but is poisonous. I'm telling people how to cure it without taking chemicals that sterilse you and mutate your children. Rubbing some lotion on your skin isn't enough. Not eating 'x' food isn't enough. Extreme problems require extreme solutions.

Might be folliculitis, essentially staph infection.

You'll need a two week antibiotic treatment.
    Happened to me too.

If you're older than 22 just take Accutane. The only permanent side effect is that it can cause premature growth plate fusing, so you can end up with weird proportions, but if you're already a man your plates have already fused. It will pretty much permanently cure your acne all over your body.

You might not be able to do anything about it except for the nuclear option (Accutane), but I don't recommend going there unless it's unbearable.
