It has been 2 years of consistent weight training and calisthenics I have slaved through with no results. I did SS for about the first 3 months and a mild bulk to start and then started making my own program with cardio and calisthenics implemented. I admittedly programmed like a retard to start but by about 6 months or so my program became pretty dialed in (hitting each muscle 2x per week minimum, varying rep ranges, compounds and isolations, etc.). I have gotten only slightly stronger since ending SS but I literally have not visually improved at all. I wish I would have taken progress pictures but it wouldn't matter anyway because there is no fucking progress.
tldr natty lifting is 100% a meme if you have bad genetics or didn't stay active in sports during your adolescence. I will be starting a cycle soon
