Need advice

21, manlet, gyno (I think?), fat
Got into boxing/Muay Thai this summer, shaved a lot of fat and weight off (160 to 135). What do now to fix this mess, all advice appreciated (even insults)

    look man, if you have to ask how to lose weight boxing, you arent doing your fricking roadwork or coordination drills. just do basic calisthenics if you need to get some meat on you but boxers arent like mega hulks anyway. you aint tyson.

    ive never done a more exhausting form of training than with boxing. just keep at it and eat clean and youll be shredded

        the hitting is fun and all but if you want to really be something (even just as a noncompetitive enthusiast) you gotta hit the road. all the time you see old black dudes out here early in the morning still out with the gloves doing their runs

      I literally can't stress this enough.
      CUT.
      ALL.
      XENOESTROGENS.
      OUT.
      OF.
      YOUR.
      DIET.
      Any onions, seed oils, Corn Syrup, all that shit. Avoid it as much as possible, read ingredient lists, etc. ~~*They*~~ fill food with poison to keep us weak and complacent. Look up whatever looks fishy on everything in your kitchen and make sure you don't have it anymore. Its probably what caused the gyno in the first place.
      Finally work your chest and shoulders, primarily it'll help hide the moobs. Also forearms, and you've got very low belly fat so it looks like to me that if you do some good core exercise you could get a six pack no problem.
      My routine is 4 sets of 25 with a 40 lbs kettlebell on my belly, and 24 Russian Twists. The sets are done in pairs. Been seeing good results myself and I've got a fair bit more belly fat than you.

    You just have to lift weights. Follow the basics, lift 3-4 times a week in your first year, aim to progress to 5-7 after that. Aim to get stronger every time you lift. All the problems with your physique, even the shockingly huge nips, will be improved by just aiming to pack on as much muscle as possible.
    Also the potential gyno and wide hips might be a sign of low test, despite the (full looking?) beard. If you can afford it, it's worth getting tested

      Thanks for the advice anon. Honestly I probably do have low test that slightly got better recently. I was raised vegetarian for like ~16 years and only recently have I been dieting. I was a very picky eater and instead of eating vegetables or dinner indulged in a lot of snacks and shit. I cut out all the soda, chips, ice cream etc now, and after working out my beard came in a little better, it was really thin and scattered but fine now.
      Also morning roadwork wasn’t all that bad, pic related.

    fix your diet, get some sun, do everything (lift weights, cardio, martial arts) but don't overdo it, cut your hair and fix your beard
