NEED HELP GETTING ABS QUICK

I'm trying to achieve noticeable abs within a month. I'm willing to try out any supplement, vitamin, whatever.. I'm 6'1 and 214lbs. Any advice is appreciated.

    You are fat. I have almost no info to go off of, so I’m just assuming you’re completely untrained. With that estimate, you will have to lose between 30-40 pounds for visible abs. Do some weighted or high resistance ab exercises every other day, low reps, just so your body doesn’t break down those muscles. Other than that, just diet, diet, diet

      I've never been trained before I have a bench and a workout machine. I also have barbells and weights along with 35, 25, 15lb dumbells. Should I only eat protein and drink water? is that dieting?

        Does this look like your personal advice board mate? Go to the fasting general and follow the advice on 48 hour rolling fasts, that's the quickest way to lose lots of fat. No you won't just eat protein you fucking cretin.

    Try Keto diet. Worked for me so i don't give an absolute fuck what IST thinks. I did it for 1 month, lost a shit ton of water weight and some actual fat. I went to the gym while doing it and ate a shit ton of protein but i was also losing muscle. Regardless i got really shredded, i had vascularity in my abs even never having had abs before. I quit after that month and went back to a healthy balanced diet and the vascularity and abs remain.

        You eat less than 20 carbs per day. No bread, no rice, no sugary shit, no pasta, no potatoes, only a handful of veggies etc. You can eat as much meat as you like. It sounds hard and will be for the first 4-5 days but after that you will not know what hunger is. A 300g steak at lunch will keep you full until dinner. You are basically burning fat and it's almost impossible not to be on a caloric deficit.

            I recommend you do research. Really, it's a shitty diet, can't be healthy long term. It's a bit more expensive than a regular one and you will be insanely restricted. It gets really easy but yeah. Do research on it. A few hours will give you the basics, and if you're still interested start tomorrow. Also, no you can't eat carrots, they have carbs. Broccoli, tomato and olives are cash. Fish you can eat and every possible meat basically. You are encouraged to eat fatty cuts like bacon, pig and beef. But seriously, research it

                Keto gets you really fast results. A lot of people claim it to be healthy long term but i don't buy it. I doubt you will find anything healthier to get you the results you're looking for in a month.

        Yeah, went from 300 to 175 I'm like a month, lifts even went up
        You should feel it kick in in about 30 min, but if it doesn't then double the dosage.

    I'm 6'1 173 and my visible abs tend to disappear when in the high 170s. So probably not doable. But do 3x10 ab rollers a day and a whole lot of windshield wipers and you might get something, why not try that

      There's plenty of supplements that boost your results from hard work. I wont be able to pump out reasonably defined abs within 30 days without some sort of fat burner supplement or diet.
