Need to lose 15 pounds fast

I got fat, and my metabolism is wicked slow from antipsychotics. But I need to lose weight in order to have sex. What's the fastest way to lose weight without hurting myself.

I want to lose purely fat, no muscle. Do I just stop eating? I went down to 600 calories a day, and I ride my stationary bike 1 hour a day. And I'm still not losing weight. Please help.

        20g carbs/fats is exceptionally low, that's the fast. 90 kg = ~200 lbs, those macros result in 1060 calories. Digestion of protein itself raises your TDEE because its harder to use for energy than carbs and fats

    Walk. A lot, not 1 hour or 2, more like 4 hours daily. Food should be lean meat, dry bread (or rice, you Americans don't have actual bread) and sharp tasting veggies (fried). You know, leeks, chilis, garlic, on..ions etc.

    This will reduce wetness in the body and warm you up - > weight loss. You can lose quite a bit in 15 days, the more you walk, the better.

    impossible to not lose any muscle. Even guys that maximize the amount of protein while still being under calorie limit lose a bit of muscle also. Don’t worry too much about losing muscle, just make sure you work out and get enough protein. Do one meal a day also.
