        Jogging is faster. But muscles are better long term because they make your body spend more calories just sitting down
        So really it's an investment for your lazy ass

        diet, it’s a misconception that you’ll lose weight just from exercise. It helps you lose weight faster for sure, but you won’t make any significant progress unless you start cutting calories

            Yeah but then you’ll just get hungrier and if you’re not paying attention to your diet you’ll end up eating more. Also I implied in my post that it does help but it’s not gonna be very fast or very much weight
            On average people burn about roughly 100 calories from each mile of running, so if you mange to 3 miles, which is pretty a significant distance for a newbie, that’s only a 300 calorie deficit if you’re eating the same. Yeah you’ll lose weight but not that much

              How much food should I eat in a day? And don't want to count calories just give me and aproximte size like a half plate or something like that

                I don’t know dude, you’d need to know your bodies maintenance level of calories and you can’t just say “half a plate” because different foods have different calorie levels. Half a plate of fried chicken is substantially more calorie-wise than half a plate of veggies and rice

    Do high rep circuit training of different exercises with a short rest time between, this will keep your heart rate up. Do for 20-40 minutes a day
