    its the only muscle i can consistently get sore in, but i do love shoulder exercises so i absolutely blast them aswell.
    try these https://www.muscleandstrength.com/articles/lying-side-lateral-raise-gangster-delts stick to 10-15 rep sets, going to heavy and youll just compensate with everything else and not hit the delt

    Just do more volume and more frequency. Mine are pretty small but cable lat raise+ meadows style lateral "swings" work great for me.
