The thing is most people underestimate their bodyfat. I can almost guarantee most people who claim to be 10 are actually closer to 13 or 14. 15% is not fat, not at all. I didn't exactly looksmaxx but I recently got ottermode and bought a whole new wardrobe that complimented my physique and it is crazy how differently everyone treats me now. From not being noticed at all to being given free coffee at my uni cafe because the barista was a girl, getting served at bars first, old friends I hadn't seen in a while telling me I've gotten taller and broader shouldered. I have a girlfriend who is really attracted to me and she's always wrapping her arms and legs around me feeling me up. It is fricking incredible. I had the dating apps for a while and before I was barely getting any matches and forcing awkward conversations, after I was getting a few matches every day consistently and women were starting conversations. In general they were pretty bad at opening a conversation and I couldn't be fricked to reply to most of them but it was nice to have that. A few of them just opened with how they wanted to feel my abs. That would have never happened when I was shaped like a fricking pear and I wouldn't have even dreamed it was possible. It is absolutely crazy how being fit can change how you are treated. And this might sound crazy but sometimes I just go to work and don't do anything for a few days and I swear to god I get away with it because I look good now. Of course being tall and having good facial structure helps, but the point is everyone should try ottermode.

It makes no sense. When you are 12% bodyfat, you can eat your TDEE. Whether thats 2500 or 3000 kcal or even more. Where's the problem? I seriously don't understand it. 12% is completely normal, healthy and natural bodyfat that is maintainable for the rest of your life. I know people who have had sixpack for 20 straight years.
In today's world it's not normal but back in the days it used to be very normal. It would actually be abnormal if you didn't have abs. Dropping from 30% bodyfat to 12% is not the same as maintaining 12%. It is infinitely easier to maintain than when you are suicide cutting eating only 1000kcal a day.
It's because the people who lift weights to build muscle never actually do cardio. I see this fricking everywhere. No relatively big guy at my gym is ever on any cardio equipment. These people HAVE to count calories in order to stay as lean as they are.

You can get a great athletic physique by eating pretty normal food but avoiding fast food, fried food and processed crap like chips, chocolates and soda, and through a moderate training regime of walking every day and doing simple calisthenics for 1 hour a day 3 days a week. This is not a nightmare and after 6 months it makes your life a dream.

The thing is most people underestimate their bodyfat. I can almost guarantee most people who claim to be 10 are actually closer to 13 or 14. 15% is not fat, not at all. In fact thats a bodyfat that many professional athletes carry. Once you sink down to 10 and below there ARE hormonal issues that start to creep in. Whenever i got below 12% my erections became a lot less frequent.

I didn't exactly looksmaxx but I recently got ottermode and bought a whole new wardrobe that complimented my physique and it is crazy how differently everyone treats me now. From not being noticed at all to being given free coffee at my uni cafe because the barista was a girl, getting served at bars first, old friends I hadn't seen in a while telling me I've gotten taller and broader shouldered. I have a girlfriend who is really attracted to me and she's always wrapping her arms and legs around me feeling me up. It is fricking incredible. I had the dating apps for a while and before I was barely getting any matches and forcing awkward conversations, after I was getting a few matches every day consistently and women were starting conversations. In general they were pretty bad at opening a conversation and I couldn't be fricked to reply to most of them but it was nice to have that. A few of them just opened with how they wanted to feel my abs. That would have never happened when I was shaped like a fricking pear and I wouldn't have even dreamed it was possible. It is absolutely crazy how being fit can change how you are treated. And this might sound crazy but sometimes I just go to work and don't do anything for a few days and I swear to god I get away with it because I look good now. Of course being tall and having good facial structure helps, but the point is everyone should try ottermode.

I dropped from 155-160ish to 135, went down a pant size, and since I don't eat a lot, my stomach shrunk and I CAN'T eat a lot. This is not hard to maintain, it's so easy to not overeat anymore. And I don't keep soda or snacks, esp high calorie trash, in the house anymore and it's helps a lot. But goddamn I feel better and people definitely noticed I lost weight. Feels good man. It's not just social media, it's IST too. For some reason people seem to think that maintaining 12% is something that is literally not possible. It's like living in hell, constant pain and agony. It makes no sense. When you are 12% bodyfat, you can eat your TDEE. Whether thats 2500 or 3000 kcal or even more. Where's the problem? I seriously don't understand it. 12% is completely normal, healthy and natural bodyfat that is maintainable for the rest of your life. I know people who have had sixpack for 20 straight years.
In today's world it's not normal but back in the days it used to be very normal. It would actually be abnormal if you didn't have abs. Dropping from 30% bodyfat to 12% is not the same as maintaining 12%. It is infinitely easier to maintain than when you are suicide cutting eating only 1000kcal a day.
It's because the people who lift weights to build muscle never actually do cardio. I see this fricking everywhere. No relatively big guy at my gym is ever on any cardio equipment. These people HAVE to count calories in order to stay as lean as they are.

I think it's the economy. People are poorer lately because of inflation. I can't afford to have a car anymore, and getting to the gym is a lot more effort now. I'm back to calisthenics in the park with a set of rings. It's an intermediate skill set, and it requires the right neighbourhood.

You can get a great athletic physique by eating pretty normal food but avoiding fast food, fried food and processed crap like chips, chocolates and soda, and through a moderate training regime of walking every day and doing simple calisthenics for 1 hour a day 3 days a week. This is not a nightmare and after 6 months it makes your life a dream.
