Getting fit is that easy? When i started going to the gym i went with a friend with 3yrs+ lifting experience and immediatly started doing these 1,5-2hour ppl workouts.
Fricked up my body real good, didnt know i only had to do 3 exercises 3 times a week
PPL sounds great on paper but it's too taxing for most naturals. Most natty guys see more improvement with 3 / 4 day routines or at least the same as they do with PPL (which is more because they get more gains per session)
PPL is a trash tier meme program. I understand that youre probably new to lifting and you've been shilled this, but you will realize soon that it is indeed trash, and not optimal. 4 day UL is the king of all splits for intermediate and advanced lifters. if youre a beginner, go for a 3 day full body routine.
>4 day UL
Yeah bro just work out your body as often as your lower body, despite your upper body having almost double the number of muscle groups. It’s a really good plan bro trust me!

I'm natty and beginner level, started first 3 months with a brosplit then I found around the PPL. Tried for a week and I loved the split. Continuing for 2 months and I keep progressing on lift numbers and aesthetics. For now I'm planning to keep doing it until I'm able to have a talk with someone knowledgeable to make a more personal routine. That being said I'm open to all suggestions and talk as internet is my only option so far.
There is no best split. There's lifts interfering with each other and you splitting them up in such a way as to mitigate it. Gains are made by progressing lifts, so logically you eventually do different lifts, and so you also do different splits.
I want to do PPL but I can't find a good template that tells me exactly what to do. It's just a list of exercises with no set and rep ranges or instructions on when to increase weight... I just want a 4 day split with 3 arm days and 1 lower day with a bench focus and I'm too moronic to make it myself.
I did 531 BBB for almost a year just because it was easily laid out for me. Where is a resource like this for PPL???
>jesus, that's really super, how'd a newbie like you get so tasteful >but wait, you ain't see nothin' yet >antagonistic muscle groups, evolving rep ranges
Everybody deadlifts hence nobody HERE deadlifts now. If everyone became anti globohomosexual and started banishing trannies this whole board would transition faster than you can say Elliot page
Let's see Paul Allen's program
Here. Gonna swap back squats on wednesday for zercher squats.

why do you have to squat every day at the gym?
why is it so popular among such programs?
Nothing beats PPL.
You dont even have to do PPL 6 days a week, but doing PPL works best.

>ignores all the natty pros on PPL

Impressive. Very nice.
Where's the rest of it?
>very cool anon, but that's nothing - look at this:

>impressive, very nice. Let's see paul allen's routine
>look at that subtle muscle group targeting, the tasteful volume of it. Oh my god, it even ignores the legs
Something wrong? Anon? You're not sweating
push+vertical pulls
Legs+horizontal pulls
I prefer this over strict Upper/Lower
Does nobody deadlift anymore?
