Why does Judo mog every other marital art? You could become an unstoppable weapon if you learn Judo and how to throw a proper elbow and headbutt.

Been there done that in a muay thai 'class' biggest fricking scam ever. I'd rather throw someone who is walking up to me than try and hope to knock them out or put them in some sort of submission hold. Although elbows and headbutts are pretty good, I'd still throw.

most people here, at least those who aren't larpers like you, knows that a striker will most of the time beat the shit out of a judo practitioner given that they are of the same weight.

I didn't say Judo is better than any striker, that's why I threw in the elbow and headbutt thing. Have you ever heard of Masahiko Kimura? That man who took on the founder of BJJ and won, the man who fought 4 MP's and won?

                https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masahiko_Kimura_vs._H%C3%A9lio_Gracie

                >The match was well received by the press, which focused on how easily Kimura had disposed of Gracie, yet also on how valiantly Gracie had faced such a strong opponent, calling the match both an "Easy Victory for Kimura" ("Vitória Fácil de Kimura") and "13 Minutes of Intense Emotion" ("13 Minutos de Intensa Emoção").[3] However, at least one newspaper called it a moral victory for Gracie, an opinion shared by the Gracie side,[5] with Hélio claiming to consider himself a world champion too after the match.[3] On the other hand, Kimura declared himself disappointed with Hélio and criticized his inability to fight by the Kodokan judo rule and his excessive defensiveness,[4][5] even although he praised his defense itself and his fighting spirit.[4][1] He also offered Gracie a rematch in Japan, but the offer met no answer.[1]

america style wrestling mogs judo. All you need to be a half decent fighter is some wrestling, some boxing, and some jiu jitsu. That's it. You can now beat up 95% of people your own size and slightly bigger.

wrestling is beyond gay, just as gay as bjj if not more. Combat Sambo and original Judo are based

on the off chance you're not joking, drop kicking anybody on concrete or any hard floor will frick you up more than your opponent. There is a ton of crossover between combat sambo and wrestling you moron. Just pick one and some boxing and jiu jitsu and you'll be ready to face almost any untrained moron who thinks they can fight. Jiu jitsu is used defensivly from when you're the ground.

have you ever seen a drop kick attempted in UFC/mma? This isn't street fighter V bro, you'll either land on the back of your head and knock yourself out like a moron or on your shoulder/arms and you'll frick those up. Front/High kicks are much more effective and won't leave you vulnerable.

Oh I'm not saying drop kicking while you're both standing up right is a good idea unless you're some sort of Billy Jack. I'm saying when someone tries to drop level and gets on their knees or gets lower than your waist. (I.e. wrestling or JJ) I just spring my foot half of the length I need to kick you in the face.

                Anonymous

a knee to the head or a well placed uppercut is much more effective. Again, if it were effective you'd see it in sport. It's not banned and never has been, it's just a moron move that you should never attempt. It's not like you could react to the speed of a shot from any half decent wrestler anyway.

This doesn't work as well as you think it does. Wrestlers train for explosiveness, and the last thing you wanna do when you're within arms reach of one is be on one foot. All he's gotta do is deflect that kick and stop the leg from touching the ground and that's a checkmate.

I suggest you talk less and train more to avoid looking like such a whitebelt

O-Goshi is really good, I personally don't like reversal throws because it really contorts me. I like Osoto Otoshi because you just walk into them and trip them from behind. Also Kibisu gaeshi because of how demoralizing it is.

Wrestlers mog everyone in MMA and are extremely competant in body conditioning and staying upright in self defense. Good training is almost as ubiquitous as track and field as well. Unfortunately it isn't as available for adults to learn.

If you prefer to roll around with dudes sure.

Traditional boxing is the gentleman's combat.

Speaking personally I do boxing and muay thai but with the knowledge that in real life unless you are elite kicks are useless.

If you are good with your hands a fight is over in seconds.
