Oh shit, IST ! Nick Symmons stops you in the street after you already had your workout.
He offers you 5$ for every single pullup you can do ? Head above bar, no kipping.
How much gas do you have left in your tank ?
How much cash are you leaving with ? Or are you too much of an autist to talk to strangers ?
>57 year old russian guy did 15
What now younsgers ? Does on an old fart mog all of you ?
>bendy meme deadlift bar
doesn't count
I'm a powershitter so I can do 1
5$ my man
This guy had done 60 before the challenge and still managed to pull 8. You should be able to do at least 3.
>This guy had done 60
What?
I would not be able to do any because my workouts usually involve pullups to failure (weighted down to assisted drop sets).
I love Nick Symmonds so much bros. He's such a cool guy.
So, how many will you do ?
20
100 dollarindos my man. +100$ extra for beating Nick, who did 15.
It pays to be IST !
Only if I don't do a workout before though. Otherwise it's 3.
Been thinking about this as well. Out of season best I can do is 8 rested.
After a full workout with maybe a 5 minute rest 3-5.
If I’m rested I could definitely do at least 16, if it’s after my workout I could probably hit 10. Beating 15 seems pretty achievable tbh, I thought he was going to be some monster who does 25+
>Head above bar
is there any other way?
Many people fuck them up. Nick tends to give them leeway on the easier challenges.
This Kang got his pullup counted, while his head was like this compared to the bar.
>Oh shit, IST ! Nick Symmons stops you in the street after you already had your workout.
I workout , shower, eat, relax, and sleep. I don't leave anywhere so this scenario isn't possible.
>He offers you 5$ for every single pullup you can do ? Head above bar, no kipping.
At least 10 because I've done that many a couple of times but then stopped so I don't know my max.
100$
not in one set
so either 5$ or 90+100 for beating Nick
100$ or 180$
>I thought he was going to be some monster who does 25+
He is some kind of all-rounder. Does everything from heavy weights to sprints and runs to pullups/dead hang challenges/impossible pushup challenges etc
>He is some kind of all-rounder.
He's an ex middle distance (800m or half mile) olympian who started lifting after retiring.
Back workout? Genuine answer would be maybe 1 pullup
Any other workout if I don’t have Back DOMS I could do 18
this is good and all but doesnt compare to the video where he pays skater kids and homeless to deadlift.
That entire video is snap city.
easiest 20 bucks I ever made
Problem could make a good 200 to 300 depending on if I can warm up first
Not sure what kipping is, but I could probably get 13 or so in.
Get the fuck away from me with your doxx camera I'll fucking kill you nick.
I can do 12 with immaculate form, slow and full ROM, and usually have like 1 in the tank that I can finish with okayish form. Like 16 with form that is considered acceptable by most. My best was 18 but I never really trained for that, I usually do them weighted and relatively low reps.
Haha I like you Op, and this Nick Simmons sounds like a cool guy. I can do 15 right now, but I always do my OHP (best lift ever!) right before doing my pull-ups, and I’ve only been doing pull ups for 2 months, so call me in another THREE months and well.. heh heh. I’ll give you a run for your money
12 so $60
He should collaborate with Magnus Midtbo. That'd be two of my favorite ISTtubers.
