I've been sleeping on a thin one that's supposed to be for guests (didn't want to invest too much in case I didn't like it) for over a year now and it's been pretty great. Probably gonna upgrade to a proper Futon soon.

      >a place in berlin makes them
Might be that same store I ordered mine from. The larger ones they manufacture per order, so you have a wide variety of options. Pretty neat.

You can't be more taller than 5'9" to enjoy that sort of a cramped basement.

Looks elevated, so moisture do not pool up beneath the matrass.
So I guess you don't need more.

Whatever improves your quality of sleep. I've seen a huge improvement after getting a weighted blanket which seems to stop me thrashing around and waking up in the middle of the night.

That's literally how. just do it more. You'll roll about but keep rolling back onto your back as much as you can. You'll eventually adapt.

Also stick a pillow under your legs to raise them up for max rest gains
