No carbs, no sugar

Alright fellas, looking to eliminate both. I need strategies. How do I make this bearable after a lifelong carb/sugar addiction? What should I eat? What did (you) do?

Why do you want to eliminate all carbs? Do you think this will benefit you?

Definitely. Inflammation issues big time. I shoulda specified in favor of clean carbs I guess but even then looking to severely curb my intake.

      Meat, eggs

Everyone overweight profits from eliminating carbs until you reach your ideal weight. There's no such thing as an "essential carb", your liver makes all you need, and will keep making it without health setbacks until you have body fat to burn.

People who are very active or trying to bulk benefit from eating a load of carbs.
For people who are on maintenance it's better a moderate amount of carbs
But for fatsos and people who are cutting very low/zero carbs is the best option

When i used to do keto which is basically no carbs no sugar, I used to drink coke zero whenever i had really bad cravings. Worked for me and i sticked to it for 3 months and lost some weight. You can also look into one of those 0 carb jellys.
Or get yourself distracted with something like games if you have time for that.
You should be more specific on where you’re from as well because I’ve heard that things are a lot sweeter in US and coke zero might not cut it for you if you’re used to sweet shit.
    Sorry for my esl.

Yea I'm in US. Everything here is slop filled with sugars. In fact the reason for this thread is I'm seriously at a loss as to how the frick I'm going to put together shit to pull this off given that everything around me is junk. I also enjoy coke zero so I will continue that trend.

Processed shit is always going to be bad for you. You have to make food for yourself. Not everything around you is slop hit up the produce section instead of the frozen food section

Start with the sugar, its much easier. Then start eliminating highly processed, quickly digested carbs. Then realise that life without wheat or potatoes is pointless and consume a wide variety of complex carbs in moderation and as part of a balanced diet including lots of vegetables and protein sources.

Most people who go carnivore or keto type diet, do it because they're suffering and in pain when they consume carbs - I'd bet a lot of people with metabolic dysfunction would just rather not eat. Are you in that category? Or are you just a fat slob addicted to sugar? Easiest way is to have willpower and discipline to never buy that garbage and cook every meal.

    >What should I eat
Enjoy a 100% meat no other food allowed diet
    >milk 5g carbs per 100g
    >yogurt 4g carbs per 100g
    >no vegetables
    >no fruit
    >no beans
    >no rice
    >no mushrooms
    >no spices (YES cellulose counts you fricking idiot)
    >eggs 2g carbs per 100g

      >>milk 5g carbs per 100g
OP doesnt need to eliminate everything. he shouldnt drink milk but
      4g carbs per 100g
fermented milk products such as cheese are fine.
      >>no vegetables
      >>no fruit
      >>no beans
      >>no rice
      >>no mushrooms
excellent, he doesnt need any of them
      >>no spices (YES cellulose counts you fricking idiot)
the miniscule amount of indigestible fibre will not do anything to him.
      >>eggs 2g carbs per 100g
irrelevant, works really well in the context of a low carb diet.

just eat meat, eggs and some fermented milk products if you really want to. I've done that as well and it fixed inflammation in my elbows. works really well especially if you heavily limit the feeding window. fasting helps a lot as well. ignore the vegetard troons seething. they cant provide a solution for your problem and will only shit up the thread.

is this how you introduce yourself to strangers? I've simply responded to OP telling him that what the right strategy is and that ingesting 0 carbs is not needed even though it will work just fine. He is absolutely not wrong for dumping carbs but simply eliminating plants from the diet will work.

they didn't mention anything more specific than eliminate both, I assumed there's a medical condition that prevents them from eating carbs, in which case 0 is the goal. If they wanted more nuanced advice they should've written a better post.

What really worked for me was keto combined with meal prep. Throw out all sweets and snacks, I know it seems like a waste but those things will do more damage than you know. Search up keto meal prep, many of them use greens or cauliflower as a substitute for rice and potatoes. Avoid eating anything you don't make by hand, even if it seems like it fits your diet since it's a slippery slope I've fall down many times. If you do get sugar cravings the best I can say is just power through it, your body wants sugar because you keep feeding it sugar. It's easy and tastes good, the deadliest of combinations
