        Weighted isolated DB ''Get a Load of This Guys''. Ie Side external lateral points waited with elbows locked. Also anything diamond grip, I'm talking both your fists touching levels of closes, like cable pulls etc, just isolate and lock your shoulders in, and make sure to perk them up in a BB pose/chicken wings way when you pull down where it feels like your arms are rotated in and it's your inside side of the arm that's like facing out.

        Try those ones on for size a bit then eyeball it with variations making sure to always see the external and lat part of the muscles as the most prominent.

        As soon as your start feeling your neck engaged, get out of lock and lock in again making sure your neck is ''dead'' passive inactivated, loose and stays out of it entirely.
        Trust me bro just get in there and practice de-activating your neck everytime until you start to get the right process for locking in your shoulders.

You activate your core and then go lean, drop water for a couple days and it's not that fricking hard to understand. Running activates a lot of shit too, and helps get rid of water.
