    Since I started doing cardio, I can truly workout to failure, that is, until my muscles are completely tired and not because I'm out of breath.
    First time ever I've had DOMS in my legs so bad I can't walk 3 days later. It's a good pain.

      My solution to cardio is junk volume. It's weighted cardio and I do it for the huge pumps and fascia stretch. Sweat like crazy too.

      tru, tru frfr. after achieving great cardiogains and endurance gains, it has become literally impossible for me to give up on something due getting tired / overloaded on endurance so I can truly push to max, and when I do maxxout, I understand I've only stopped because my tripceps or whatever is done even though I feel like I wish to push more instead of feeling like shit. seems when you can sustain a 180bpm for half an hour, pushing max weight max reps pulling you to 150 bpm feels like a warm up.
