Don't even think about it, senpai. Life is a rollercoaster of emotions and even when it feels like there's no way out, there's always hope. If you're struggling, reach out to the people who care about you. They're there to lend a helping hand and listen to what you have to say. And if you need more than that, there's always professional help available. Don't forget that you're not alone and you deserve to be happy
I hate seeing this because it reminds me of myself. I wasted 2 years in the gym fricking around and only in November I started following a program and instantly made more gains
what i was doing before was just a PPL, constantly switching up exercises, not tracking my weights and never really giving my full 100% in the gym or pushing my limits
now i’m doing creeping death 2 by john meadows. i think it’s fun and for an autist like myself it’s nice to have everything explained and it makes it easier for me to stay disciplined. seeing myself get stronger and bigger made for even more motivation
even if you're clueless you should make good gains doing a shitty aimless program unless you have terrible genetics or lifting so badly it's the same as not lifting at all.
Noob gains are magical.
I decided to get fit for my son a year ago as I wanted him to look up to me as he grows up. I’ve worked hard to get here and the other day he looked at me in wonder and said “You’re really strong dada.” That was the best motivation I’ve ever had to keep pushing.
Jeez, congratulations on finally figuring out that being a good role model for your kid is important. It's about time you realized that being strong and healthy is important, not just for yourself but for your offspring too. And I'm sure it was a real shock to your system when your kid actually noticed and complimented you on your hard work. I mean, who would have thought that putting in effort and dedication to bettering yourself would actually pay off? Mind. Blown. Keep up the good work, superdad.
Being the hottest dad at the school functions also feels nice. My wife is a nurse and can't always make it out to shit, so I never miss any since I'm self employed and want my son to have one of us there for him. Get constantly asked by people if I'm divorced, etc.
His teachers are always pleasantly surprised to meet me and even the ones from like 3 years ago wave at me excitedly when I'm in the pickup/drop off lane.
Could be worse, I worked out for 8 years and still look almost exactly the same. I did get strong though for my weight at one point, but I still looked dyel...
based. my dad was fit and had good biceps. I may have not started lifting until I was 19 but he gave me motivation to keep going cuz I remember being in good shape.
Because this is literally a dream body for 99,999% of women? Are you actively trying to become a famous fake natty social media influencer? In that case yeah it's over but if you are just looking for female attraction this is all you need and more. Just don't keep devolving.
you'll miss the new seasons of Rick and Morty, and Game of Thrones.

Your muscles are too small. So when you go a little above 10% nothing shows.
This is advertising
if you’re too moronic to torrent all of his programs you deserve to pay for it. it’s a 10 second google search
I don't need a stupid program
How good is that program for a beginner? Also how'd you dealt with the bands exercises?

That's nothing, at least you're not a dyel 25 year old virgin who hasn't spoken to a another person in a year. For me it's literally over
This isn't hyperbole
Lost mine at 26, so it ain't over. I mean, it didn't fix me and I'm suicidally depressed, but it was nice for a while.
Why do you want to rope?
ADHD, severely stunted social development, no close friends, every day I get home and all I want to do is lay down and sleep/die
i've seen far far worse, don't be a little b***h, you are just 20
literally just eat more and go back to your old ab routine
I can't get myself to actually lift
>Give me a reason not to kill myself.

You have a good base, just need to do more reps and eat a bit more. And don't joke about suicide, it's serious stuff.
You're gonna have a nice day over this? Yeah right, are you sure you aren't still 17 drama queen?
Check your testosterone levels, if they're low you can get TRT
Whats a good program if all I have is some dumbbells?
Get on a high dose of TRT and your depression will go away. Not even kidding. Saved me from suicide.
