No motivation to go to the gym

I quit the gym after 7 years of training because I didnt make any progress. I spent 3h there everyday but highest Bench was 180 lbs, Deadlift 225 lbs and Squats 190 lbs.

I dont know what to do anymore

    I had a 5 day split Push Pull Legs, Upper Lower but didnt enjoy it all. Even the other splits were cancer

      You're either roided to the gills or moronic. That's like 40-50 sets, something like 400 reps per session.

      To complete an insane amount of volume like that you need to use baby weights, which means that your muscles are not put under enough stress to grow. You're just doing endurance training, not hypertrophy training or strength training.

      Choose 4-5 exercises TOPS and focus only on those. Enough weight that you can only do 5 sets of 7-9 reps per exercise. Hit each muscle twice a week and rest at least 48-72 hours between each hit job.

      Maybe then you will have the chance to progressive overload. Like what the frick how do you ever think your lifts are going to go up if you do 50 different exercises per week holy shit

        You literally just do it. You want to skip and you tell yourself no. You want to eat garbage and you tell yourself no. If you cannot do this you are a spoiled brat. If you are an adult and cannot do this, and you want to really really bad, and STILL cannot do this, you must end your life. You must end your life because you will never succeed at anything requiring effort if you cannot tell yourself no. This means you will end up obese, and sick, and our medical professionals will have to try to help you time and time again. You will use up other people's resources because you are spoiled and lazy.
