I've been taking 500 mg of Test E per week for 10 weeks now and I've gained ZERO muscle. I haven't even gained strength, all my lifts are the same. The only thing that has changed is how many dips I can do.
The gear is 100% real because I took a blood test and my testosterone level was at 2800 ng/dL and estrogen was at 100 (now taking an AI).
I started the cycle eating 3500 calories a day, only gained fat in my belly so I cut it down to 2000-2500 after 7 weeks
What the frick is going on? I thought people on roids gain MORE muscle than natty lifters without even exercising.

I've been going to failure each time. at first I was following the starting strength program and doing 3 sets of 5, but got pissed when nothing was happening. I felt like I must not be pushing myself hard enough in the gym. So now I go as hard as I physically can. I honestly hope I get injured. At least an injury would mean I'm lifting hard enough.

I've suspected that for a long time. Before I started roiding I got a baseline hormone test. I thought I was hypogonadal, even my family told me they think I am hypogonadal. Instead the blood test showed that my testosterone was nearly 1,000 ng/dL. I couldn't believe it. I do not look or act remotely in any way like someone who has 1,000 natural test level.

you can have infinite test, but if your body refuses to utilise it then you'll never see the effects. happened to my old roommate, had like 1,100 ng/dL but got prescribed trt at the age of 24 because his body was using like 50 ng/dL of it and it was legitimately affecting his life

You've blown your resting test out of the water and subsequently have high E2. Slam 0.5mg Arimidex for a week E2D and you'll be back undercontrol.
This is assuming you're not running orals ontop of exogenous testosterone.
I'm taking a gram of arimidex a week, after I got my bloods that high E2 around week 6.

I did. I know my testosterone is really high even before roiding. I know that I'm skinny, anxious, and have symptoms of someone who is low T. So I believed I might have a low androgen receptor density. If that's true, then roiding would dramatically increase androgen receptor density by upregulating production. But that didn't happen.
yeah thats not how that works, more t means more available to receptors, if you have no receptors to start , might as well be pissing in the ocean since all of the existing receptors are fully saturated. which is why you cant just take 5x more test to get 5x more results.
you might get better results from something like nandrolone or tren, since the binding affinity is alot higher.
worse case you'll need a myostatin inhibitor or /genetherapy.

I was on 3500kcal a day for the first 5 weeks and gained over 20 pounds of straight fat with no increase in my lifts. I can't fit half my pants anymore because my ass got so fat. I was 16% bf when I started and now I'm at 20%. I'm just hoping for a recomp now. If I kept eating 3500kcal a day I'd be fricking obese by now.

The periods when I got the biggest and looked the best were when I did as LITTLE compound lifts as possible, with bench press being the only exception to this rule given the fatigue isn't crazy and it hits the shoulders, chest, and triceps hard.
Squat 405 3x5 and have no energy to do any more quality volume after that? Nah, rather just do 6x15 leg extensions and not kms. 6 sets > 3 sets.
Not only is 500mg test like nothing, but if you aren't busting your ass with volume (25 sets a session, MINIMUM, and that's if you're on an actual routine like push/pull 5x a week, you're wasting your time. If you're lifting 3x a week or some pussy shit like that just give up man. You need like 35+ sets a session on moron routines like that.

tl;dr: volume is EVERYTHING. Do as light weight as possible (60% 1RM) and get more sets in. Not even gonna say eat more cause on 500mg test the recomping will fix your body over time, given you put the volume in.
