I feel bad for trans people who suddenly got caught in this weird political debate. I mainly blame the right, but the left is partly responsible too for pushing trans people in sports.

I feel like you should be able to tell immediately upon viewing if you like it.

guess I need to do side planks

Side planks are alright, but they're a static movement without any ROM. Side bends are GOAT for obliques. Take a weight in one hand and try to go as deep as possible. Guaranteed soreness the next day.

I've heard those are bad for your spine because of the torsion but who knows for sure. I promise I'm not trying to be the gay who says every single lift will destroy something in your body, don't kill the messenger.

Wait I'm thinking of Russian twists. It might be the same issue though. Idk, I'm not trying to be a moron but it still happens I guess.

Haven't done them so can't say. To me they look like they're a bit of a hassle to get really deep with and to overload, so for mass the number one movement should probably be side bends. However, the core functions of the obliques is both lateral spinal flexion AND spinal rotation, so to max out gains you have to train that as well.

They all look great, especially the black and white one. But I think their physique would look better with smaller obliques. Still defined but not hypertrophied to the point it's bulging out. Isn't there a side by side Photoshop with the same body and angle with and without obliques?

Obliques: Twisting Strength = Hip Strength = General Athletics Strength, you can't throw a powerful punch if or grapple someone to take them down if you don't have strong obliques.

good god you are moronic. Go right now and work your obliques to soreness, you will then realize that pretty much every fricking move you make involves them in some way.

You know that crease between a woman's thigh and her crotch, where it gets kind of hollow when she's got her legs apart? You know how bad you want to just slather your tongue up in there?

That's how women feel about the Adonis belt.
