Prove to me any of those are bad for you. Yeah you can't. You think this stuff would be bad if it goes through every government regulation and is in everything and nobody gets sick or dies from it? Come on

Here's a lecture from a doctor which explains in detail the biochemistry behind why high fructose corn syrup is bad for you.

Lustig's statements regarding fructose as a "poison" and the primary cause of weight gain have been disputed because claims of fructose toxicity are unproven.

          Opinion disregarded.
Wikipedia is only reliable when it comes to basic measurements, mathematical constants, chemical formulae and the like. When it comes to biological and historical matters it is unreliable and when it comes to anything even remotely controversial it is nothing more than a propaganda outlet for a certain international clique.

      >Prove to me...
No. I'll just claim it might be bad for you, just like you claim it's not. And when faced with doubt, and no long term studies on the effects of consuming those...I will simply not ingest them just out of precaution.
Now go ahead and tell me how being cautious and being reasonable in not taking action versus taking action in proactively ingesting a foreign substance is the unhinged take in this debate.

Take a look around. Your average American eats tons of the aforementioned stuff and is incredibly sick, fat, and all around subhuman. Also, seed oils have been shown to cause fat retention and Alzheimer's in rats.

Sorry mate but it's not up to us to prove that goyslop is unhealthy, simply because it's not part of our life. You have to prove that it is healthy, because it is you who indulges in the slop every day. But not to us because we don't care, you only have to prove it to yourself and fellow sloppers.

Any "food" invented in the last 150 years is a no-go. Anything invented since the agricultural revolution is ok in small quantities. Traditional evolutionary foods are good to go, for all cultures that means some balance of animal foods and fermented wild vegetation.
