same i have no problem getting to sleep but i wake up every two hours and sometimes I'll be able to rack up 7-8 hours and feel great and usually its 4-6 hours and I want to die. I don't know if it's nicotine withdrawal, or long term opi withdrawal

took a while for my sleep cycle to adjust but also the obvious things like not going to bed worrying about stuff, not getting into an internal monologue in bed (this was the hardest for me)
basically before bed you need to be in a blank relaxed state which takes time to get right
