normal people eating habits

ive always been a fat fuck currently on diet about half way towards my target weight. something i wonder i see in youtube videos or irl normal skinny people eating trash like its nothing, how the fuck do normal non fats have a day to day diet of not really measuring what they eat and not get fat? its something thats bothering me as i come nearer my goal, will i ever be able to eat a thing i crave without worrying about calories as much?

The normal looking "10k calorie challenge" YouTubers either upload a new video once a month at the most, or they do extreme amounts of exercise to counter their massive caloric consumption. When these YouTubers just sit there and eat, you get Nicocado and Joey's World Tour.

What a grand and intoxicating innocence.
They just puke it all out the minute they've done filming dummy.

i used to eat junk food and stay skinny because i had a tiny appetite and ate very small portions
my body mass was low but i still looked like shit because the junk food caused a fuckton of water retention

cope fatty, you have no idea what his eating habits were when you didn't see him
one or two big meals per day can still result in a healthy physique if you also perform physical activities and have a higher BMR
eating high sugar and high sodium snacks is what fucks most people up
        git gud fuckboi

You're like a Skyrim shopkeeper when the Dragonborn puts a bucket over your head and he steals the kitchen sink, but since you can't see him, you can't establish any causation and correlation with events.

If it's a woman, they usually purge after or spend the rest of their time eating like rabbits. You don't see them eating large pizzas 3 times a week, maybe once? And I would take a guess that if these people are men, there's a good chance they work jobs with some level of physicality or are otherwise active even if they don't work out all the time. I'd be surprised if they ate like shit, were just on the computer all the time and were still thin.

That being said, you know what I've noticed most about normies and food? They don't know a thing about nutrition but claim to. I don't blame them either, but it's funny listening to someone talk about eating more salads, but its full of nuts, dried fruits, chicken, dressing, cheese, etc.

      It’s all hormones.

I had this issue where I ate like everyone else and was always fat.
Found out my hormones weren’t right and got put on hormone therapy.
Now I’ve been eating whatever I want and am losing weight easily without thought; no calorie counting, measuring, or portion size restriction.

You’re skinny friends have a better hormone profile than you.

        >and you just eat w/e as/when hungry? surely that doesnt work out well in the end.
Yes, granted I cook everything myself and eat plenty of vegetables. When I was running 40 miles a week and lifting 3x a week, I wouldn't gain weight unless I was eating 4 meals a day, almost a pound of peanuts a day, and quart of milk, along with a few tablespoons of olive oil before going to sleep.

Also a lot of people who don't do a lot of exercise just eat like shit occasionally, and spend the rest of the time being too lazy to get up and eat (gaming/watching movies for 6 hours without eating). Videogaming is an appetite suppressant.

This is definitely true. Bear in mind that I was barely 19 when Skyrim came out, and I've never been a big gamer, but I binged on it like crazy for about 3-4 months and lost about 20lbs (I wasn't even a huge guy to begin with).

You are highly likely to be dehydrated and drinking like half of what you need daily for your weight(and i mean pure water, no sugar shit) as well as lacking vitamins, which ultimately makes you feel fatigued and falsely makes you feel like you haven't eaten enough.
It's also important to notice that eating habits are exactly that, habits. You probably got used to eating like a fat fuck and now you have a stretched stomach and a mental setting to eat that much.
Eat 3-4 small meals a day under your TDEE, try to eat fiber and highly nutritious food and remember that it takes around 20 minutes for your stomach to "feel" full after a meal. You're likely overeating instead of trusting the process and just eating like a 600 kcal meal and just letting it go through your body.

Why do people who eat/drink weird shit look better than mukbangers? Case in point:

It's because these fags usually lead a more active life than you. You go back home after school and sit on your computer, they went places or did some type of activity for a few hours more every day. Literally the only difference is that fags that can eat anything are usually up on their feet more hours of the day doing shit.

you dont know what else they eat throughout the day.
for example, i dont eat breakfast, and i often only have a small lunch, but i pig out for dinner.

if you were my friend and we had dinner together, you would see me eat a bunch of junkfood, but you wouldn't see the part where i skip breakfast and snacks

what you really have to understand is that weight loss is a hard science.
if you are fat, it IS because you consume too many calories.
if you see someone who is thin,it is because they DON'T consume too many calories.
    This is a hard fact.
    You have to accept this.
And once you do, you should reflect on your own eating habits and what you can do to lose weight

Also maintenance calories are mostly based on lean body mass, so if I'm 155lbs and 12%BF, I consume the same or more calories than someone who is 180lbs and 18%BF, despite the fatter guy looking much bigger in proportion to his meals.

People used to wonder when I was a kid how I stayed thin, it was because I skipped breakfast and did a lot of walking. Also I was a picky eater so at home I didn't eat as much as everyone else because I didn't eat some parts. As a result I was able to pig out on goyslop on certain occasions and face no consequences, it probably kept me from being underweight

There are also gene variants that make people have reduced calorie production from high fat diets. Picrel are mine as a perma-bulk skele.

">how the fuck do normal non fats have a day to day diet of not really measuring what they eat and not get fat?
My family never ate on a fixed schedule and my parents taught me to eat only when Im hungry. I also have incredibly powerful sexual obsessions that occupy my mind so much I forget to eat for entire days. My weight has been the same for 20 years.

Went to a diner today and they had the calories listed and just chicken and waffles (normal size portion) was 2100 cals. Now imagine if you got one of their desserts as a treat.

I said to my husband, 'do normal people know they're eating an entire days worth of calories in one sitting?' He's like, 'most Americans eat 3500 a day and are fat.' I looked around the restaurant and went, 'well these people are all normal size' to which he responded, 'O.o that's the problem - you think that this is 'normal sized'. And lo, I was enlightened.

Use your judgement dumbass. You don’t need to track stuff just tell yourself “I probably shouldn’t” before you pick up the 3rd donut. It’s not rocket science

They just eat less in general.
You're going to have to accept that you can't pig out everyday in general.
Then you can learn that protein and fiber loaded foods are satiating with less calories than most junk food.
