how exactly do you do it? by hand or by face muscles? which part is the "bridge below the bone" can you mark it on a picture?
>lie down to sleep. time to grow those muscles baby >ah shiiie I cane brreev!
literally every night if I pay attention to it. The other nights I mouthbreathe like a subhuman. I am humiliated by this fact. I need help please

Strangely, no. My sinuses are forever blocked around now no matter what I do and it’s irritating. I don’t even have this problem any other time of year
No winter is the worse for nasal congestion.
1. humidity condenses to suboptimal 30% because outside moisture begins to freeze.
2. Usage of nearly any heating device reduces humidity further. Even radiant heat does this to some degree.
Loss of moisture prevents the nasal cavity from being able to stay moist. Which allows for dryness, infection to happen more regularly.
I just keked hard looking at those diagrams. on second thought this might be doable. I can already do second stage. but I always avoided curling my tongue because it gives me tongue muscle spasms.
Breathe out naturally then hold your breath for as long as it's reasonably comfortable (before your breathing muscles start spasming etc.) then take in a normal small breath and repeat a few more times, your nose will clear up.
Btw the reason your nasal pathways are blocked is that you are overbreathing.

i didn't mean doing it to show anyone i mean that you could go to the bathroom and do a few reps of it as a t boost before you come back out and mingle with the crowd.
The irony is that I've been suffering from stuffy nose my whole life but ever since COVID started and everyone became a maskschizo, the last few years I felt better than ever, 2021 was the first year in a while I finished without going down with sickness once. Based COVID.
I wiggle the bridge of my nose, right below the bone. clears it up after a few seconds

I fixed this by going on 2-4 km runs once a week while trying my best to only breath through my nose for as long as possible
