Now that the dust has finally settled, are cigars really that bad for you?

It looks masculine, increases testosterone, is relaxing and allows you to take some time off this fast-paced, materialistic world to reflect on your thoughts and actions.

I'm 20, exercise 7 days a week, eat right, don't do any drugs and drink once in a blue moon with family only. Maybe one cigar a month wouldn't be that bad, at least it's better than smoking some stinky and ulgy leaf that my college classmates seem to love to get hooked on to act dumb and ridiculous.

I used to rock climb a lot in college; and would take little cigarillo’s I would get in the cigar lounge up on hikes with me. Watched my diet, did about ten miles, climbed, etc, then had my cigar with the sunset, and hiked back to the car. Nothing wrong with. A few seasons of wildland fire completely fricked me, as that’s just months of eating smoke. So take it for what it is, have a cigar, it’s the micro not the macro, as long as the big stuff is covered, you’ll be good dude. Enjoy yourself

If you're gonna smoke, cigars and pipes are the best way to go about it the tobacco is usually of higher quality, has fat less bullshit added, and isn't actually inhaled into your lungs.
A cigar a month probably has no real effect on your chances of getting cancer

    Firstly, the dust hasn't settled.
And secondly, you are just practicing putting BBC's in your mouth.
    There's no thirdly.

who fricking cares just do what you want
I like to enjoy a nice cigar after an intense workout. I feel like the nicotine gets absorbed into my bloodstream more effectively after a hard workout and it really relaxes my whole body.

arnie has been smoking 2 cigars a day since the 70s. you've probably seen those charts that show cigars have like 100x more nicotine in it than cigarettes, but the thing is you are not inhaling the smoke and unless you're a weirdo you aren't holding in the smoke in your mouth for a long time so you aren't absorbing a lot of nicotine anyway. i smoked cigarettes for 10 years, i was afraid that smoking cigars might make me want to smoke cigs again, but that didn't happen. cigars dont even give me a nicotine buzz as far as i can tell. they smell and taste good, and its nice to relax outside and smoke

Sole cigar smokers have no increased risk of any illnesses. Only people who smoke(d) cigarettes have increased cancer, etc. risks..

Yes, worst case is probably reduced taste and yellow teeth. But just fricking limit it.

Cigarillo GANG all the way bro
