Read and use your brain. You fricking idiots will inevitably conclude calories themselves are the primary cause of gut cancer.

no one has ever said that carbs is bad lmao

The Atkins Diet and about a billion bleating sheep in the mid-to-late 90's said it.

That’s not how emerged at all. Your assumption is wrong. It’s still garnering more and more attention in the medical field, and a doubt a simple meme diet could do that.

All meme diets garner attention in the medical field. There are doctors REEEEEEEEing about veganism just as there are doctors REEEEEEEEEEing about keto. They're not authority

Veganism makes sense if you think cholesterol is causing heart disease.
And keto also makes sense if you think inflammation causes heart disease.
And both of these diets work for curing diabetes. Basically doocters promote these because it works on their patients that are falling apart

                >keto also makes sense if you think inflammation causes heart disease
Keto shills straight up ignore that saturated fat is the most inflammatory thing humans can eat. They only present inflammation markers of other foods in their presentations and never ever show how the line goes up with satfat. It's a clever magicians trick, make people see what you want and forget what you are not showing.

There's a key difference though. On the paleo diet you can eat normally and not think about macros
On keto diet you have to autistically track your protein or you'll leave ketosis

That depends on the carb. As a whole? No.
Refined crap (especially refined sugar which is technically a carb). Definitely.
Beans are on the whole, good for you. Much of the same with potatoes. White "bread" and soda are definitely not good for you.
Don't eat so many carbs that you skimp on fat and protein, and eat real food.

Carbohydrates, caffeine, fruits, and glucose before working out. After working out mass amount of protein, water, and fat only followed by intermediate fasting until morning. Skip dinner. This regime has been doing wonders for me and I vouch for its effectiveness

Low carb or no food for breakfast, low carb lunch like a salad or something, when the work for the day is done have a big ol serving of carbs a few hours before bed. Don’t eat two-three hours before bed and minimum one hour after waking.

Like anything else, it depends on the amount and the kind. Too much is always bad. Also, the level of processing can affect how good it is. Closer to its natural state is better.

Brown rice is as healthy as fat from a grass-fed steak, while corn syrup is as bad as sóybean oil.

Oddly, I achieved the bulk of my weight loss initially with a high protein diet- fat loss in the range of 70-100lbs with lots of exercise over a period of about two years. However, I struggled to lose those last few pounds until I changed my diet to mostly carbs with fats and protein restricted. I still don't understand how it happened. I do a lot of cardio and I need to eat enough carbs to think clearly. I was stuck within 15 pounds of my goal forever and then carbs and cardio got me there.

Carbs to glucose (if too much glucose) to glycogen (if too much glycogen) to fat

Totally wrong. Fat is absorbed as fat. It can't even be converted to glucose, protein is the one that gets converted but only when it's already formed into tissue meaning muscle wasting.
