Low carb or no food for breakfast, low carb lunch like a salad or something, when the work for the day is done have a big ol serving of carbs a few hours before bed. Don’t eat two-three hours before bed and minimum one hour after waking.

Oddly, I achieved the bulk of my weight loss initially with a high protein diet- fat loss in the range of 70-100lbs with lots of exercise over a period of about two years. However, I struggled to lose those last few pounds until I changed my diet to mostly carbs with fats and protein restricted. I still don't understand how it happened. I do a lot of cardio and I need to eat enough carbs to think clearly. I was stuck within 15 pounds of my goal forever and then carbs and cardio got me there.
