i started lifting like 2 months ago, i weight 81kg
i really dont get it, if i m supposed to get 160 grams of protein i need to be eating all day or dunking my face in the protein barrel
>i really dont get it, if i m supposed to get 160 grams of protein i need to be eating all day or dunking my face in the protein barrel
Lol. 160g is nothing. I do 250 without even trying or thinking about it. 100g of meat has anywhere between 20 and 30g of protein. Shit like Skyr has tons of protein. Nut have plenty of protein.
But you need more if you want to get the most out of the gear. The same goes for the training itself. You need to train harder and more often than a natty if you want to get the most out of your roid gains.
For health, you need one third gram per body weight. That's an ideal diet. Maximally you should eat 2/3 a gram per pound of body weight. More than this and you frickup your kidneys
.6g/lb lean muscle mass.
anything more has the potential to be wasted.
anything less doesn't match protein needs for maintaining muscle mass.
You can safely do .7g/lb lean muscle also.
.8 to .9 grams per pound of body weight

1 g per bodyweight, especially if you're obese. Reason being that you need DIIT (diet induced thermogenesis)
