Eat animal based foods. It's that easy. Avoid grains and anything sprayed with pesticides or herbicides.
Eat eggs, meat, dairy and enjoy the health.

Eat like a rich person by learning to cook. Extremely easy to get 200g of protein. I wonder why nobody preps a shitload of fried chicken honestly salad dressing is the same oil.

    Anyways yeah animal fats.

Holy shit this chart is ASS and was definitely made by someone with no gains. Remove the greens and the entire bottom row if you want to be healthy. There is no reason to poison yourself with vegetables or grains which lack all nutrients.

        >canola oil
        >half the protein required to maintain muscles (1g per kg bw)
        >cream cheese?
        >oats on a cut
        >white rice on a cut
        Lmao who made this?

          >canola oil
Use whatever oil is available to you and be conservative with it when cooking
          >half the protein required to maintain muscles (1g per kg bw)
Your body won't touch your muscles as long as you eat the bare minimum of maintaining your muscle mass. More is always better but some Anons are poorgays.
          >cream cheese?
Yeah forgot to edit that out
          >oats on a cut
You can if your TDEE is high enough, I personally don't do on a cut.
          >white rice on a cut
White rice is fine when you eat it 1 hours before working out because it's hypoglycemic.
You really only eat potatoes on a cut?

I eat one slice of sourdough (home made) or a few corn tortillas with breakfast and that’s it for carbs. I try to stay under 60g on non lift days, under 100 on lift days.

watch as many of this guy's videos as you can: https://www.youtube.com/@Team3DAlpha

I started paying attention to my micronutrient intake because of him, my thyroid probles fixed themselves overnight, i have more energy, morning wood came back, etc. Unironically stopped trusting the medical israelite and started doing my own research because of him.

      >my thyroid probles fixed themselves overnight
      did you start taking iodine

selenium actualy, although iodine is also important. Selenium is, in broad strokes, the micronutrient responsible for converting T4 into T3, which themselves use iodine, so you really need both of them. 2 Brazilnuts a day is already more than enough to fix selenium deficiency, 4 and above start getting into toxic levels so be careful.

Nutrition is a scam. There is nothing to learn.
Just don't eat factory food regularly, and listen to your body.
