    Is it worth taking whey to bump protein intake if I'm begginer starting at zero? Or do I just eat more quark and skyr?

      get 2g of protein per kg bodymass if you are not an obese glob. If you can not eat enough then take whey to get to this trashhold. Do CICO. Lift hard. Go and and make it as we all gonna do!

        it is per kg of LEAN body mass
        at least if you're natty your body doesn't need any more than that to reach peak muscle growth and maintenance
        it is not a case of "the more the better", you're just wasting money for literally 0 effect at this point

          Where is the tool to make one?

          It should be 15% meat, 5% fats, 20% fruits, 20% vegetables and beans, 20% nuts, seeds, etc, and 20% carbs. Dairy is not meant for adult human consumption.

    What can I put in my protien shakes to up the micro nutritional value?

    Right now I put in chia seeds and ground flaxseed. I tried turmeric but I don't like the taste very much.
