What "vitamins and minerals" does coffee have?

Supposedly pourover is healthier than other methods since it filters out some oils that correlate with heart problems. Grind your own beans for V60 or similar and drink it black with a meal (then brush your teeth or chew sugarless gum to clean your teeth).

some B-vitamins and micronutrients, nothing special. But like tea it's got plenty of non-nutritional polyphenols generally considered healthy. Look into chlorogenic acid. Regular coffee drinking correlates with lower all-cause mortality and various specific health problems so odds are there's at least some chemical benefit, whether or not it's clearly identified.

If the acidity of drip coffee makes you feel sick then drink it cold brew or cowboy(boiled) otherwise it doesn't matter

Espresso is the only valid answer. Get a good machine, freshly roasted coffee beans and grind them yourself with a good grinder

Chemsex is a term that only gays use, regular people just have sex (often under influence of something)
