I leave my oats on the counter if i know i will eat them the next day. That way they are soft but not too cold and i dont need to reheat them.

i thought you were just supposed to eat them after they soaked overnight

I soak them in milk overnight or at room temp an hour before if I forgot. Then boil them in that milk and added water.

They don't per se but cold oats seems sad. Sure the milk or whatever mild acid has done it's job by then of making the b vitamins more avaliable but it doesn't have that thicc texture.

    1. it wouldn't be "reheating" if they weren't heated in the first place
    2. overnight oats don't need heating

No, I'm afraid of the chlormequat that's in over 95% of all oats and which causes sterility and reduced endocrine function.

Nerdy cosplay gfs are the move, just try to find one somewhere in between art store tub of lard and OnlyFans escort who bought her costume online and doesn't even know her character's name. Also more nerds are becoming IST so competition is on the rise

10 years ago there'd have been zero. Considering there are only like 3-5 hot chicks per (small/medium) venue that's significant

Try them as your last meal of the day. In my experience its not good to start the day by ingesting all that fiber, feels like it slows your stomach so much for the whole day
