I’ve been doing OHP for years and have hit 1 plate and beyond for reps. My rotator cuffs feel great. I’m in my late thirties. I also do upright row 2x a week. When am I gonna get the dreaded rotator cuff injury?
I've been plateauing on this lift at 110lbs for a while, but today I loaded 120 and threw it up for 5 like it was nothing, I felt like a king

I do these 3x a week, literally never had a rotator cuff problem from them.

incorporate some push press variations where you're chucking it up and then do slow releases back down
engage your back and core and lean forward into the lift slightly
incorporate lat raises and high rep sets with just the bar

I separated both my shoulders in separate incidents and I love doing overhead press.
