true, i actually enjoy working out and feel like shit on rest days
naturally i came up with the most optimal routine. I simpyl just didnt see a purpose doing x y z when i could optimize it, I had no issue, I love that part of working out.
trying to optimize my nutrition? binge after binge, I can't do it. the whatever you want whenever you want macros/calories only matter diet is for me

You've just assumed your routine isn't optimal? It's possible that it is. Most people shouldn't do brosplits but that doesn't mean nobody should. You may we'll be doing something that you respond best to, you never know

Only little nerds follow a program or diet I just go to the gym and lift the weights.
I do not know if it is because of gaming or my personality. I min max everything. I want to get the most out of my time at the gym for the least amount of time. There are people who take two hours in the gym when you should be no more than one hour. When you are on your phone between sets then you may take substantially longer.
